At Ivy League we encourage students to participate in all sports activities. Sports are a positive aid to educational development and are imperative for the overall growth of an individual. Sports also play a key role in building gamesmanship and team spirit. Students get an opportunity to experiment with a variety of sports that they wish to pursue, both to excel in or as a hobby.
Music forms a part of the core curriculum at Ivy League. Students are encouraged to learn instrumental/ vocal music depending upon their interest. Students are encouraged to join choirs, orchestras and bands which rehearse and perform regularly and to appreciate music.
Students from a very young age learn theatre as class teachers teach languages through the medium of theatre, lessons are enacted and children get an opportunity to perform.
The school offers student, an opportunity to learn classical, Indian or any other form of dance, depending on their area of interest because dance in any form is a great energizer of body and soul.
Debating and Public Speaking are academic oriented and most popular co-curricular activities at Ivy League. We believe that the ability to speak confidently in a public forum is highly valued in the community and at the workplace. Debating develops positive attitude towards intellectual exchange of ideas and builds confidence in preparing, presenting and defending logical argument.
Art and Craft department is always seeking new ways to inspire our students and to enhance their artistic skills through special activities. Work produced by students of all ages is displayed through Art Exhibitions and workshops, reflecting our commitment to creativity and artistic appreciation.
Ivy League Academy conducts educational tours for students of classes VI to XII every year to different places all over the country.
Ivy League Academy strongly believes in “Learning outside the classroom”. Such educational tours and even outdoor classes within its own sprawling 40 acre campus bring learning to life and touch the child’s soul inspiring and motivating the young minds to blossom.
Ivy League has also been a part of the Student Exchange Program with Hayes School, London for the past 4 years. This program not only gives the International exposure to new methods of teaching but also creates a platform of exchange of views and cultures whilst appreciating the diversity.
